Today, we are thrilled to officially announce the launch of Euthy AI—a suite of premium generative tools designed to elevate your personal reflection, storytelling, and journaling workflow. By integrating advanced natural language processing and image generation directly into Euthy Journal, we are opening new avenues for self-exploration and creative expression.

However, when designing Euthy AI, we asked ourselves a critical question: How do we leverage the power of cloud-hosted Large Language Models (LLMs) without compromising the strict local-first privacy that our users rely on? The result is a secure, sandboxed bridge between your local device and state-of-the-art AI endpoints hosted on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Our Commitment: No Data Scraping

Euthy does not use journal data to train models. Connected AI requests are processed through our Google Cloud proxy, while the persistent journal database remains in the app sandbox on your device. Euthy does not write prompts or responses to its Firestore quota database or intentionally include them in application logs. Google Cloud states that customer data is not used to train models without permission, but it may temporarily cache or retain request data under its service terms, including for abuse monitoring.

What is Euthy Premium AI?

Euthy Premium AI introduces a comprehensive suite of generative capabilities designed to act as an empathetic mirror to your mind, a visual companion, and an advanced archivist.

1. Chat with AI & Extended AI Companion Memory

Journaling is a conversation with yourself, but sometimes you want a reflective prompt in return. Euthy's contextual AI companion can help you explore your feelings, unpack a stressful day, or work through reflection exercises. With Extended AI Companion Memory enabled in settings, Euthy extends the active conversation history memory limit to the last 150 messages (up from the default 40), allowing for much longer, richer, and deeper conversations within your chat companion sessions.

2. Memories: Cross-Chat AI Recall

Don't confuse this with Extended AI Companion Memory above — that setting controls how far back Euthy can see within a single conversation. Memories is different: it's a standing record of key facts, preferences, and goals that Euthy carries across every chat and journal entry, not just the one you're in. Mention your partner's name or a goal you're working toward once, and Euthy will remember it weeks later, in an entirely different conversation.

Text used to extract each memory is sent through Euthy's proxy to Google Cloud for processing. Euthy does not write that text to its Firestore quota database or intentionally include it in application logs; Google Cloud may temporarily cache or retain request data under its service terms. The resulting memory is stored in a local database on your device, sorted into categories like Identity, Preference, Relationship, Goal, and Health. You can review or delete any individual memory at any time under Settings > Memories.

3. Journal via AI & Automatic Entry Analysis

Do you ever stare at a blank page unsure of how to start? Journal via AI turns writing into a guided, structured conversation where Euthy interviews you about your day. Once complete, it compiles your thoughts into a formatted, first-person journal entry. Furthermore, the app features automatic entry analysis or summary, which automatically summarizes your logs, generates mood tags, and offers writing prompts in the background.

4. AI Semantic Memory Q&A & Semantic Journal Memory

Traditional keyword search fails when you can't remember the exact words you wrote. With AI Semantic Memory Q&A, you can query your past journal entries by context or meaning (e.g. "What has been making me happy lately?"). Using private text embeddings, Euthy parses the sentiment of your reflections to return immediate, secure answers.

Note: To enable semantic search, you can toggle the Semantic Journal Memory setting under Settings in the app to index your local entries.

5. AI Image Generation & AI Edit Image

Visualize the essence of your entries. Euthy AI integrates with Google Gemini for AI Image Generation, creating unique, high-fidelity artwork reflecting the mood of your writing. With AI Edit Image, you can use natural language instructions to modify, expand, or restyle your journal photos and drawings (e.g., "Add a warm sunset glow to this photo").

6. AI Wellness Insights (Monthly & Yearly)

Go beyond simple charts. Euthy generates advanced AI Wellness Insights during your monthly and yearly recaps, highlighting hidden trends in your mood distributions, life triggers, and physical health correlations to celebrate your personal growth over time.

How Euthy AI Protects Your Privacy

Unlike standard AI services that require accounts, centralized sync, and open data scraping, Euthy Journal runs on an isolated security model:

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Euthy's AI Memory feature private?

Memory records are stored in a local database on your device, not in an Euthy cloud account, and you can view or delete them under Settings > Memories. Text used to extract a memory is sent through Euthy's proxy to Google Cloud for processing. Euthy does not write it to the Firestore quota database or intentionally include it in application logs; Google Cloud may temporarily cache or retain request data under its service terms.

What's the difference between Extended AI Companion Memory and Memories?

Extended AI Companion Memory controls how far back Euthy can see within a single chat session (up to 150 messages). Memories is a separate, standing record of key facts, preferences, and goals that carries across every chat and journal entry, not just the current conversation.

Does Euthy Labs use my journal entries to train AI models?

No. Euthy does not use your journal entries to train models, write AI request content to its Firestore quota database, or intentionally include it in application logs. Google Cloud states that customer data is not used to train models without permission, but may temporarily cache or retain request data under its service terms.

Do I need an internet connection to use Euthy AI?

Core journaling, including writing entries, mood tracking, and drawings, works fully offline. AI features like the companion chat, Memories, semantic search, and image generation require an internet connection to reach Euthy's secure Cloud Run proxy.
